I think the public is judging without knowing the whole story. Perhaps Howard couldn’t do anything with Anna when she took to many drugs. She did this before Howard was in her life… There are two sides to every story. Even tho Larry B is the father. there had to be a reason why she didn’t want him around…….. Not one will ever know the whole truth…… As for Daniel, I think maybe there were drugs there availiable. Howard can’t talk all the blame. Maybe Daniel took to many drugs on his own….. Anna had them avaiable in her name, and also perhaps Daniel had his own???? I just don’t think the media is being fair blaming Howard for everything. he put up with alot from Anna. As for Vergie. Sounds like she may have drove her daughter away a long time ago while she was a big tough cop,,,,,, and not keeping tabs on her children….Something happened when Anna ws very young to have her take the direction in life that she did. I think Mr. Marshall pushed her into marring him. he lured her with money. I think it was Anna’s choice to stay away from her mother. I think she had been searching for something..Vergie worked and did not raise Anna’s son Daniel. Vergie is a shreud person. I would not want her around Dannilynn. Anna was a sad soul and she was doomed from the start…… Anna let herself down. No one else did, you can only help people to a certain point. It is what it is..everyone is to blame. not just Howard. this was the path anna chose also. We choose our own destiny in life. no one knows but her the struggles she suffered. I think Howard tried and couldn’t help her. I think he loved her…..We can all love someone and watch them destroy themselves and their love one. It hurt our hearts to. I would want to be near my kids even if they couldn’t help themselves. I would try but they have to take the first step. to many are not willing to. I think Daniel may have been on the drugs for some time also.

The father has been established. He claimed to be this babies
father before anna nicole died. He has every right to this child,
he never tried to deny it. Yes Annas wishes should have been
followed on where she was to be buried, but this child needs his real father and it is not like Mr. Birkhead ever tried to deny it.
As far as Mr. Stern goes, yes he was with her for a long time and I am sure he did everything she wanted him to and was
paid handsomely for it. I am sure that he loved her and the
baby too, but it was not his child and I believe that he knew
that. If any of you watched the court procedings, then you
saw a video of a eight month pregnant Anna Nicole acting
like she was spaced out of her mind, and someone saying
that Howard K Stern was filming it. They had a young girl there
who told her father about it, because she said they would
not let her call her father to pick her. This girls father was in
the court room and pointing his finger at Mr. Stern and asking
him why he would not let his child call him. If this is the kind
of “Taking Care Of” that Mr. Stern was providing for Anna,
then this child does not need to be in his custody.

I think they should leave the baby with Howard K Stern because, that is the way Anna wanted it, she even put him on the bith certificate. If they give the baby to the real father then they are not going through Anna wished before she died.

my concerns on this whole thing is why right a will–it seems nobody is going by what anna wanted—yes i do agree that the baby should know its father–but howard stern has been with anna for a long time-and it seems every body is shunny him…….right or wrong know ones perfect—-this may seem wrong on what i’m about to say—-as for vergie i very very dissappointed in her as a mother -i know every body is not perfect as i said. but why in gods green earth did vergie not stand behind her daughter and help no matter what the problem was–as a officer she could of done more—-and let anna know that she is there for her no matter what the sitiution was—-instead of degradding her for the mistakes that was done. i had watch all of the court hearings and saw how vergie was conterdicting her herself—-as far as i’m concerned is all she wants is the money-and the attention. where was vergie all these years for anna and then all of a sudden she appears after she passes away.come on–and i was very sick over the way she was tying to handle the funeral and letting anna stay in the morgue–that is very disrespectful on her part she should of let her daughter rest in peace and not let her decay as she did. she should of been apart of anna’s life and been there for her no matter what. howard stern i feel as every right to a lot of things.larry i feel will do the best on his part i feel they both loved her—i feel every body is putting this child threw hell—-my thing is if vergie getts ahold of the child she is only going to degrade her mother which is sad—-and i feel she needs to know her father–everybody should take a step back and look at the sitution thinkof the child. this whole thing is very sad and i hope the child is brought up in a family that will protect her.and love her. as a mother i have allway’s stood by my daughter no matter what the problem was-and told her i will allways be there for you.and help you. and i have children are very important-i all so have a granddaughter and also try to make sure i’m there for her too. i’m so dissappointed in the public on this

why is every body putting that baby through tortture if u know ur not the babys father its really sad that people want to claim the baby now since they know they will get some money but ne other time u wouldnt claim the child how do u think the baby will feel when she gets older

I feel Stern is lying.I think that he is claiming that he’s the baby’s father since Birkhead is trying to gain custody of the child and to get some of the money that Anna Nicole may inherit.Stern. Prove it with DNA that you are the baby’s father!
