Basic Six Steps Of Break Dance Tutorial

How To Break Dance Tutorial
Bboy Membrane show us two types of six step of tutorial for beginners who want to learn break dance. The first one is basic one and the second is a bit more advanced. It helps to do the six-step with your palm off the ground. Do not attempt to rush this move. It is the foundation of downrock and you should be perfect it before speeding it up. The music that is playing at the background is “We Are electric” by Flying Steps.



Six Steps Of Tutorial For Beginners (Basic)
1. Extend right leg under left
2. Lock Left leg behind your right knee
3. Go into the grab position
4. Cross left leg in front of right leg and lock it behind the knee
5. Extend right leg behind you
6. Extend left leg back. You are not back in the push up position.

The more advanced version is almost the same except for steps 3 & 4
